And as with all our products, it’s made from one ingredient; apples. Well, two if you consider love. Our farm grown Canadian apples are all hand picked and selected, then gently steamed with the skins intact. This is a traditional technique that releases natural anthocyanins while preserving the fruit’s intrinsic flavors, vibrant colors, and nutritional integrity.
We don’t add any sugars that mask the true sweetness of the apples, no preservatives or additives either. And no ascorbic acid. Just the natural goodness of Canadian apples.

Organic Pear Sauce - A Rare Orchard Delicacy
Some flavour experiences in life are just extraordinary enough to redefine your expectations of delicious. Our organic pear sauce is a velvety, aromatic expression of perfectly ripened Canadian pears. A sumptuous blend of Bosc and Bartlett pears hand selected for each batch.
We’ve reversed conventional methods , gently steaming our pears first and removing the skin and stems afterwards. This allows the fruit to release its essential oils and flavours fully into the sauce, giving it that delicate essence that makes pears so very special.

Our apple butter transforms our organic straight from the orchard fresh apples into a velvety spread. Lovingly crafted in small batches. We blend our signature apple cider with our apple sauce, slowly reducing it to perfection. No added sugar. No fillers. Just the essence of apples, naturally sweetened by time and tradition.
Spread liberally on warm toast, swirl into yogurt or enjoy straight from the jar. This is apple pleasure, distilled.
