Organic Sweet Apple Cider
Filsinger’s sweet apple juice is made the old fashioned way from whole apples. We blend several varieties of apples such as McIntosh, Cortland, Spy, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, and Ida Red. We feel that this special blend enhances the flavour. No preservatives or additives of any kind are used in the preparation of the final product.
Since 1953 our soils and trees have been balanced with seaweed extracts, trace minerals and compost. Our apples are grown without the use of chemical herbicides and pesticides. We are certified organic by OCIA International.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Filsinger’s Organic Cider Vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered. It is made with our own certified organic apples, which are pressed and aged without preservatives or additives. Since our vinegar is unpasteurized, a mother of vinegar may form over time, and can be removed by straining. After opening, store at room temperature in a dark place.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for centuries to help with a variety of ailments because if it’s powerful cleansing qualities. Apple cider vinegar is a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic.
Organic Apple Butter
Our Certified Organic Apple Butter is made from Ontario Grown certified organic apples. We use an old fashioned recipe which means no sugar added to our apple butter. The sweetness comes from the naturally occurring sugar in the apples.
Apple Butter can be enjoyed as a spread on a variety of foods. It is a great alternative to jams or other preserves. Once opened, please refrigerate.
Organic Apple Sauce
Our apple sauce is made from Ontario Grown Certified Organic Apples. Like all our apple products, we make our apple sauce on site using high quality apples. There are no other ingredients added to our apple sauce, it is 100% pure. Once opened, please refrigerate.
